Hi.

Congrats on the race!! It was great to witness. Hope you all had a
festive celebration afterwards. I've about recovered fully aside from some
naseau over the weekend from drinking sea water.

I barely made it out of the starting gate; it was only on my 3rd beach
attempt I got past the start and the break. I didn't get past the coral
reefs as I was having trouble. That cheap life jacket I threw on last
minute kept me from locking the harness hook as it got in the way. Then
when I put the harness over it, it kept falling down below my waist. After
enough struggle I took it off and tied it to the other side of the boom to
get it out of the way. Lesson learned; Ill come better prepared next time.

Hope to see you out there again soon and the others. It was a pleasure
meeting everyone.
